Free Shipping on orders delivered in the Strathroy-Caradoc area.

Our standard delivery for orders is Expedited Parcel through Canada Post for orders within Canada and UPS for orders to U.S. addresses.

Within Canada, your package should arrive within 2 - 6 business days after being processed, depending on how far away from Strathroy , Ontario your package is being sent. Ontario shipments are normally received within 3 business days.

Within the United States, your package should arrive within 3 - 6 business days after being processed. U.S. residents do not pay any additional duties or fees on their orders.

All packages are insured by us, at no additional cost to you, to make sure that your merchandise arrives safely to you. Posted shipping charges are for shipments within Canada and the United States only. For other international shipments please email us for shipping costs.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 15 days of receipt of your package to arrange a return.

Please note that candy, chocolate and other edibles, as well as personalized items can not be returned or exchanged unless defective. Merchandise must be resalable and in its original condition. The value of any damaged merchandise will be deducted from the amount of your refund. The full value of shipping fees cannot be refunded and will be deducted, even if your actual shipping charge was a lesser amount as there are many cases where we subsidize shipping charges. We are not responsible for any packages returned to us without a Return Goods Authorization, so please ensure you have contacted us before returning any shipment.
